As a Santa Clara County balloon decorator, we know downtown San Jose and the Santana Row area and the venues, homes, and event spaces around San Jose. Every installation is color-matched to your theme and built on-site for a flawless finish.
Popular requests in San Jose include organic garland backdrops, full balloon arches, giant number and letter displays, and themed columns. We offer balloon decoration delivery and professional setup across San Jose with full cleanup after your event.
Whether you need a birthday arch, baby shower garland, or corporate brand display anywhere in San Jose, our team handles delivery, installation, and teardown.
Our San Jose balloon decorations cover the full range of celebrations — baby showers and gender reveals, kids' and milestone birthdays, weddings and bridal showers, graduations, grand openings, and corporate events. Beyond full installations we also deliver helium balloons and custom bouquets across San Jose, so you can order anything from a single giant number balloon to a complete event setup.
We work with both private hosts and San Jose businesses, scaling from a backyard birthday to a branded corporate display or storefront grand opening. We're based in nearby Saratoga, and we handle delivery, professional installation, and full teardown throughout San Jose and the surrounding area — so your only job is to enjoy the celebration.
Balloon Delivery in San Jose
San Jose is our busiest service area, and Saratoga sits on its west edge, so most of the city is a short drive from our base. We deliver and set up across Willow Glen, Almaden Valley, Cambrian, Berryessa, Evergreen, North San Jose, and Downtown near Santana Row and SAP Center, and every San Jose ZIP code listed below.
Delivery covers two kinds of order. Ready-to-float balloons — bouquets, giant numbers, a single statement balloon — arrive inflated and weighted, with nothing to assemble. Installed décor — arches, garlands, backdrops, columns — is built on site by a designer, who comes back afterward to take it down. Helium orders placed early in the day can often go out the same day; installations need more notice, and weekend dates book furthest out.
Helium Balloons & Bouquets in San Jose
Helium bouquets start at $35, color-matched in latex or foil, along with giant number and letter foils in matte and chrome for birthdays, graduations, and anniversaries. Foil balloons float for several days up to two weeks; latex floats about 12–24 hours, or longer with the Hi-Float treatment we apply on request, so we deliver close to the event rather than the day before.
Balloon Arches in San Jose
Balloon arches are our most-requested San Jose installation. A compact organic half-arch over a dessert table starts around $200, and a full entrance arch runs $300 to $600 and up, depending on size and add-ons like giant numbers or a backdrop. Delivery, setup, and teardown are included.
Most San Jose arches go up in backyards and living rooms — Willow Glen, Almaden, and Evergreen birthdays and baby showers — or at community halls, restaurants, and hotel ballrooms. Tell us the venue and whether the arch stands indoors or out, and we size and anchor it to suit.
Corporate Balloon Decorations in San Jose
For company events, product launches, and office celebrations, we install brand-matched décor at the Convention Center, downtown hotels, and North San Jose campuses. Corporate events are quoted from an $800 minimum per event; share your building's loading and access rules when you request a quote.
