Balloon Bay is a Saratoga-based balloon decoration company serving the San Francisco Bay Area. We design and install arches, garlands, columns, and themed backdrops for baby showers, birthdays, weddings, graduations, grand openings, and corporate events. Every quote includes delivery, professional setup, and full teardown.
