Is delivery and setup included in the price?
Yes — delivery, professional installation, and full teardown are included in every quote across our core service area — San Francisco, Silicon Valley, the South Bay, and the Peninsula. A small travel fee may apply for locations farther out, which we confirm before you book.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a deposit reserves your event date, with the balance due before or on the day of installation. We provide itemized quotes and invoices, including for corporate clients who need to process payment through procurement.
What add-ons affect the price?
