Pricing by event type
Private and corporate events are priced differently, so quote the one that matches the question.
- Private events (birthdays, baby showers, weddings, graduations): most installations run from about $200 for a simple arch or garland to $400–$800+ for a full event setup.
- Corporate events: quoted from an $800 minimum engagement per event, plus a 15% corporate event service charge (minimum $150) covering certificates of insurance, badged or dock-scheduled installation, and itemized invoicing for procurement. The $200 private-event starting price does not apply to corporate work.
Delivery, professional installation, and teardown are included in both. Itemized prices are on the pricing page, and the quote builder shows an exact total for a chosen setup.
