Privacy Policy
Balloon Bay respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you visit balloonbay.us or contact us, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you request a quote we collect the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, email, event type, date, venue, and event details — solely to respond to your inquiry and provide our balloon decoration services.
When you browse our website, standard server and analytics logs may record your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. We use this data to understand site performance, improve the experience, and measure how well our advertising works.
How we use your information
We use your information to prepare quotes, communicate about your event, coordinate delivery and setup, and deliver our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We may share information with service providers who help us operate the website or process inquiries (for example, form delivery or hosting), but only as needed to perform those services and under confidentiality obligations.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site functionality, to understand how visitors use the site, and to measure our advertising. These include Google Analytics, Umami (an analytics service we host ourselves), Cloudflare Web Analytics (which does not use cookies), and advertising tags from Google Ads and Pinterest. The advertising tags tell us when a visit or quote request came from one of our ads or Pins. Google and Pinterest may collect information such as your IP address, browser details, and the pages you visit, and they handle it under their own privacy policies. We do not send them your name, phone number, email address, or event details.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage ad personalization in your Google and Pinterest account settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site features.
Data retention
We retain quote and contact information for as long as needed to fulfill your request, maintain business records, and comply with applicable law. You may ask us to delete your information by contacting us at the email below.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA. Contact us to exercise these rights.
